Phil Brown has joined the Intelligize team as a strategic advisor
We are very pleased to announce that Phil Brown has joined the Intelligize team as a strategic advisor. Phil brings extensive knowledge of SEC filings, processes and regulatory framework. A pioneer in the development of electronic document retrieval, Phil will be providing Intelligize with strategic guidance on product development and further enhance our customer focus.
Phil is the former CEO and co-founder of Global Securities Information (GSI). Under Phil’s leadership, GSI introduced Livedgar which became the leading SEC research platform in the marketplace. GSI was acquired by Thomson Reuters in July of 2005. Phil has over 20 years of experience in the legal and business information industry and has written two books on SEC Research. He has won numerous awards for entrepreneurship and product innovation.
When asked why he chose to join the Intelligize team, Phil stated “I thought innovation in SEC Research was stagnant. But the stuff Intelligize is doing is unique and really exciting”.
