What we do
We gather these memos daily from each site, then index them to allow for full-text searching across all content (not just headings), display snippets of the content to include the search terms and, finally, provide quick links to the original memo hosted on the respective law firm’s website.
What does it cost?
The law firm memo database is currently included with your license to the SEC Checker application.
How do I access law firm memos?
Log on to the Intelligize SEC Checker application, open the Filters menu, select “Law Firm Memos”, enter your search terms and click search. In the example below, we chose “Say on Pay within 10 words of Frequency Requirements” as our search criteria.
